Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service for the service operated by Choke Spots at chokespots.com (the "Service").

How the fee works

What "matches your criteria" means

You give us a service type, one or more preferred locations, and a date/time window (a range you're willing to accept). A booking matches when the appointment we secure is:

  1. the service type you requested, and
  2. at one of the locations you selected, and
  3. within the date/time window you specified.

We book the first qualifying slot inside those preferences. Because you give us a window and location options - not one exact date, time, or single office - any slot that falls inside your stated window and selected locations is a match, even if you would have preferred a different day, time, or office within that same range.

When we WILL issue a refund

We refund the full $29 when the booking did not match what you asked for or the charge was our error, including:

To request a refund, email david.cito.rodrigues@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the booking details. We aim to review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

When we will NOT issue a refund

Because the fee is charged only after the service has already been delivered (a matching appointment was booked), the following are not refundable:

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is an error, please contact us first at david.cito.rodrigues@gmail.com - we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback for a service that was delivered as described may result in suspension of your account.
